Umbrella Stroller Tips – Before You Buy
I had no choice, after many groping matches with my big stroller I bought an umbrella stroller. Don’t know about you but I got tired of the heavy cumbersome struggle with loading, unfolding and getting caught in doorways that my big stroller sits in our garage under a layer of dust.
An umbrella stroller is perfect for people, like me, who are of a small size and love light weight items. It sounds funny but I use to avoid places with my big stroller since I always looked like a kid with a run-away stroller. Now I can go anywhere I please….and look good too.
It fits anywhere, whether you have a compact car or a big SUV the umbrella stroller slides in with-out breaking a sweat. Plus, it is easy to fold and unfold with its spring-into-action feature. O.k. I admit it doesn’t have much for storage and my little guy doesn’t have a cup holder and can’t recline flat but he loves stroller rides and being part of the action when we go out.
The umbrella stroller offers just enough comfy padding for him in the seat area. The wheels are easy to maneuver over pavement and store shop areas. I wouldn’t recommend an umbrella stroller for gravel or rough areas since the wheels are small and would probably get stuck.
